Regular clinchers with inners, 4 mins. Tubeless, hmm.

Advice to a new cyclist?
Key is to enjoying yourself and finding like-minded people to enjoy these moments with. Test yourself, set limits and see where you go. Whilst never forgetting this is for fun when people see your achievements.
Also, use chamois cream.

I wish I had been told that…
Get a bike fit. Having a goal that maintains form over the year, rather than a fleeting flash that leads nowhere. Enjoy the winter; it can be some of the best riding out there.

Come for a ride. Find out what you can do. Hold onto a wheel. If you’re new to road-cycling; reflect and enjoy. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
