Thanks for the feedback. Having discussed with team members and consulting with stakeholders, we have decided to go ahead with the club name change and ethos. The team will now be known as the London Baroudeurs Pedalbus Racing Team.
Following a successful test-season of pedalbus racing, formal changes have been submitted to British Cycling. The national membership organisation agrees that renaming the team will better serve our purpose in pursuing pedalbus racing, and raise the profile of the sport. British Cycling fully back this mission.
The website and new kit will reflect the changes as soon as possible. In the meantime David ‘Daddy Cool’ Dixon will be setting up a triathlon team, in which every ride will be an event, including commutes.
Thank you for all your help in making this happen. Hold on tight, it’s going to be legendary!
