Do you have a cycling name? If so, who gave it to you and why? I don’t have cycling name but I’ve been called a few unsavoury ones on my commute. My philosophy of vehicular cycling isn’t appreciated by all! Never my fault of course!
What do you do when you’re not riding a bike? I have been known to do a bit of railway track design.
What bicycles do you own and, importantly, why do you own them? I have a Scott CR1 to keep up with rest of the guys, a Woodrup fixed gear for the commute, a Colnago Tecnos for vanity and a Dawes Galaxy tandem for riding with a buddy. All the gear, no idea!
What have been your favourite and worst moments on a bicycle? Cycling overnight to Brighton and being on the top of Ditchling Beacon at sun rise, the sun was out but the mist hadn’t cleared from the lower ground, it was amazing. My worst mistake was taking the fixed gear to the Isle of Wight…
