Why do you ride your bike?
It does help to be more positive about many things 🙂 I am pursuing the concept of: saving the environment; better air quality; living a healthy lifestyle; meeting nice people; exercising , at the same time, using my bike as main transport mode to get to new clients / visit ongoing projects (no trains, no buses, no uber).
Favourite place to ride?
Not going to say Regents Park:) will go for Swains Lane.
Up or down mountains?
Participating in various competitions and events and club rides.
How long does it take you to change a flat?
Street mode – 5 min; home mode – 25min.
Advice to a new cyclist?
Stop at red lights, indicate and smile.
Steel, Carbon or Ti?
Grand tours or Classics?
Gels or potatoes?
Fav pro, or retired pro?
Headwind or rain?
Discs or rims?
Rims for now.
I wish I had been told that…
Cycling in London is not that dangerous.

I feel very proud by being part of this club, it makes you a better person.
