“Lightweight, quick release bike rack & panniers compatible with almost all road bikes.”
We come back from a ride on the weekend, and Simon says (literally), “You need to check this out…” So here it is, Tailfin. Created by Nick Broadbent, a passionate cyclist and mechanical engineer, here in the UK, he has put his skills and experience to design Tailfin, a rack and pannier combo that is set to change the way we look at and use bicycle travel accessories.
Chronos showing how panniers need not slow you down
Astonishingly, Nick’s concept was only started in 2015, but has quickly gained global appeal; sharing his the desire to help cyclists ride faster and farther whilst carrying more on the bike they love.
Tailfin is his answer to sweaty backs, compromising racks, excess weight and ugly shapes. As more and more of us take to the road, and this road gets wider – gravel, commute, long distance, products like Tailfin are reaching a wider audience, and we like it.
Thanks for the link, Simon | The club does not have any involvement with Nick, nor Tailfin. We simply like the idea.
